爱普生晶振SG3225EAN是一款低抖动晶体振荡器,提供LV-PECL输出差分晶振,小体积尺寸采用3.2x2.5mm紧凑封装,六脚贴片晶振,通过使用PLL技术和AT晶体单元来实现宽频率范围,为用户提供73.5MHZ至700MHZ高频,可选任一频点.具有出色的集成相位抖动性能,低电流,低电源电压可达到低值1V,这对于普通贴片晶振而言是做不到的采用在2.5V至3.3V之间的单电源供电,高温储存温度可达-40℃~+125℃范围,工作温度范围-40℃~85℃.低老化的特点±5x10-6/year Max.差分晶振在产品中使用具有高可靠性.差分晶振的精度值(PPM)可精确到±10PM,±20PM,±30PM,±50PM等.
